Curbelo literally ruined the last 1/4 of the game for us. He took the entire team out of the rhythm of the game. Suggestions of him going to the NBA are laughable.
As an elephant, I agree. He's never been able to take the mantle off someone and constantly did it to Ayo.Elephant in the room, Underwood is proving to be very poor at in game adjustments.
Could not agree moreHe already proved it against Loyola last year

And the year before? We have the fifth longest streak in the country remaining in the top 25, spanning 3 seasons. Let’s get Kofi back, learn from this and get back to form. You mean last year?
The thing is he had guys to dump it off to. Payne was wide open on the lane when he tried to take that fadeaway jumper with 3 guys on him.Curbelo will look like a different player when he has Kofi to dump it off to. Not worried about this game. A little humble pie will help Andre. He does need to mature and this game will help.
Agree here and I bet that's what BU does.I’ll play devil’s advocate here. Curbelo’s an emotional player and an instinct player. If he’s going to clean up the turnovers this season, it’s gotta start with some emotional maturity. Getting benched on the way to a W only hurts as far as your own pride goes; being handed the reins to lead your team and teammates straight to an L — that stings way more (at least, I hope it does). Show the tape while those feelings are fresh and let’s see if Curbelo’s as quick a learner as Kofi has been the last two seasons.
I’m sorry, I really love your posts and this is not meant to start anything, but to imply that 10 straight days off had anything to do with the utter selfishness?Curbelo is in the locker room taking full responsibility right now. I believe that.
He's gonna eat not just a slice of humble pie...he's gonna eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a full week of practice.
As bad as he (that game) was, remember he did NOTHING basketball related for 10 straight days before one practice and one game.
But...keep the hot takes coming! It's so good with hot buttered popcorn!!
I agree. Should have put the ball in Trent Frazier’s hands.I've never seen a starter caliber player sabotage his team's chance at victory more than Curbelo has tonight.
Hutch “back”? We’ve never had Hutch and I’m not convinced we ever will. He’ll still be a lottery pick obviously.Nah. We are that good. get hutch back and Kofi back. Curbelo will get it together hopefully sooner than later.
HOT takes! Not Tepid takes!! /sWe turned it over 15 times in the first half. It was a road game. We didn’t have our best player. Our point guard had the worst game of his career. We lost by one. Yeah the result sucked, but you guys need to relax.
This game won’t be a big deal when it’s March. Our number one seed team last year laid an egg against Mizzou. It happens. Learn from it. Bounce back.
