Edey listed at 7'4 and 295. Kofi listed at 7'0 and 285. Edey looks a lot thinner and Kofi looks like a tree trunk. Gunna be some Shaq vs Yao battles between them and I cannot wait. I feel like Kofi will dominate him.
Edey is a tough matchup, but his stamina is nowhere near what Kofi's is.

I'm still waiting to see the quick twitch that BU says Omar has......Fouls more than giorgi did so far this season....Give BBV more minutes as he is averaging 10 rebounds a game .........

Have you seen him dunk or block a shot? He just explodes off the floor. That's the type of quick twitch athlete he is. What he needs right now is for the mental aspect to slow down to take advantage of the physical tools.

Lol I was going to say, the quick twitch explosion is about the only thing he's shown so far. I don't know if I've ever seen a quicker and more explosive oop than the one he had against Jackson State.

Uh , NO I haven't.......I refuse to pay for BTN+...........But I will take your word for it........Thanks for your post.......I will be looking out tonight for myself and try to capture that quick twitch with my own eyes.....I believe BU when he says it , I just want Omar to play long enough tonight without getting into foul trouble to quick twitch Marquette into the ground.....

Any news on Austin Hutcherson -- don't remember seeing anything lately or did I just miss it?

After one weekend of the 2020-21 season, it became clear that Jeremiah Robinson-Earl was ready to be a star, and Illinois had maybe the best backcourt in college basketball. But Kentucky also looked the part of a preseason top-15 team, and Arizona State was perhaps the most entertaining team in the country. So yes, some observations that eventually look like ill-advised hot takes are going to come with the territory. Hopefully we limit those, though.

That's the article preview, but I'm not giving ESPN any of my money...

"He's buying into what he is instead of settling for the perimeter game," an NBA scout said. "You can tell that he's playing with supreme confidence. His body looks entirely changed, too. That confidence works hand-in-hand with strength. He's improved. He's more of a three-, four-year guy, but he's inching in the right direction. We will see how they really feel about him when they get Kofi back."

Good watch about a day in the life for Kofi

During the day he went to a single class, and did no homework. For basketball, he did work with Fletch, a team practice, an individual practice w/Alexander, reviewed tape w/??, and did a photo shoot. Oh, and that was a nice car.

Either the student in student athlete is nearly non-existent, or the next video might want to give a more balanced view.

I mean, he had class at 11:00 and his shoot was at 1:30. That's, most likely, two classes. It also ends at 5:30, which would provide plenty of time for him to play video games while his legs are in his compression boots and then study after. Much like it didn't show him going to the bathroom or walking around the campus, it's not a real-time documentary or meant to be invasive. The point is, he's on campus from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., a little bit longer than most of his classmates.

His school activities were consistent with my school activities, although kudos to Kofi that he actually made it to class. Walking across the street to the Armory was always a challenge for me....

I really don't get why people get so worked up about student athletes who don't prioritize the student part. Kofi's career is basketball.
