We beat RU 86-51.....Their next game against # 1 ranked purdont , AT HOME........They win 70-68.......Home court advantage and the vibes of the crowd carried RU to the victory......Well, and great play by Harper after a lackadaisical outing against the beloved......

Harper has a great game after complete shutdown by the Illini 3 days ago........This is and has been a topsy-turvy season and I really think the NCAA Championship this year is up for grabs , with the Illini having as good a chance as anyone......Whoever is peaking at the right time in late March and April of 2022 will be the winner ....it could be the Illini....It really really could ...

We are playing better but I believe our best BB is still ahead of us .....

Kudos to Rutgers for having the strength to play and win their game after a thorough demolition by the Illini earlier this week......

College sports ..........gotta love it .......

To cap the night, reading an Iowa basketball forum right now... Highly recommend.
Cyclones look solid so far. Not jumping off the screen (well, minus that Brockington kid), but solid.

Amazing shot by Harper, and a clutch final minute. But I will say one thing - Harper released that shot with 0.4sec left. Watch the inbound pass here and you’ll notice a delay in the game clock as Harper gets the ball. Probably >0.4sec too. That’s home cookin’ for ya :)

Purdue defended that extraordinarily well too. Made him turn 2-3 times, no contact so no bs foul opportunities. Just a crazy good play.

This sort of thing happens on nearly every play where the clock is started on an inbounds play. I bet there is 10 seconds more in every game than there should be.
