What’s the deal with Williams… not taking the outside shot when it’s there. I thought he was past that.
Not necessarily a bad thing......as he's typically our 5th option on offense.

What was the holding foil on grandi.

Hope Kofi comes back in after this TO and can find a way to get a few buckets. We need that and Plummer to get hot again. Trent playing very well both halves

Payne has no game at all,,, I mean none

Payne obviously needs time with Fletch and an off season with us of practice he seems to have no strength and looks a little lost.

AZ is:

* #1 in NET
* #9 in KenPom
* Top 10 in Offensive possessions per game

Hence, a pretty darned good effort by the Illini so far! And Kofi has been held in check for the most part.

A good stat so far: both teams have 10 TO's. Normally we have at least 10 more than our competition.

Illini need to get tougher and more intense. AZ is physically out playing us.

This is a fun game. And doesn't the desperate "Have to beat a Big 10 team" feel. Both teams have some major skills, we're up against players who are better than anything we've seen so far, and we're showing them our talents as well.

Lots of fun.

Technically yes. Vegas is pretty close to Tucson, though. 6ish hour drive.

This is Arizona's first road game against a school that can actually play basketball (i.e. Oregon State doesn't count).

Win for sure but if lose and keep this close and I feel we should be a top 25 team
