Interesting. Is Griffin on scholarship? Most teams used to try to avoid using a scholarship on a kicker and there was a time that Zook was dunked on for having multiple kickers on scholarship.

What I have seen as we only have 5 transferring out in which 2 are of the substantial nature, Beason and Spann. Many teams are losing much more and we need to really capitalize as we are losing a lot of experience through graduationHere is an extensive list of transfers. Seems to be updated pretty frequently. I believe he was a WR at IMG and a teammate of Illini signee Shawn Miller. Don’t believe they are related, but not really sure.
Dug a little deeper and if it is the kid from IMG, here is a highlight video. Saw him listed at 6-2, 180, so potential big target.

What I foresee is the death of college football and basketball. I sincerely hope that’s not the case, but free agency money is flowing with almost no controls. Maybe it always did, but the FBS is becoming the new professional league. If I were the NFL owners (or a college football coach), I might be a little concerned . . .
I knew it would become a free for all with absolutely no oversight.

Great "article". Got to hand it to BB, we are getting help from all over.
In the 8 years of the college playoffs, only 13 teams have taken the 32 playoff spots. Only 6 schools have made it to the championship game with only 4 schools winning national championships (Georgia could become 5th schools. Not really sure how NLI will make things worse let alone cause the death of college football.
And FYI, Caleb Williams is not going to EMU.
