have been a fan of andy katz for a long time and love his love for the illini in recent years but i like him much more in studio roles than play-by-play

I really like how bad Bohannon sucks. He's basically a non factor as a 6th year player.
I would like to see that as well.
I think they would have been better off if he left.

Mountain West Conference is the bomb this year. 5 teams that are legit good. Colorado State and Wyoming just going into overtime now.
I kind of feel bad for criticizing Connor on a night where he had 12 points and got hurt. I hope he is ok. He has fallen a long way though from a guy who started all 62 games the last two years for a good Iowa team to only playing 15 minutes per game and averaging 1 point as a fifth year senior. It turns out his best skill was feeding Garza in the post and they have little use for him now.
And they just game him a contract extension to 2027-28 too (I bet the buyout is quite a bit as well) . On top of all the negative press their overrated football program has been getting, seeing them lose in heartbreaking fashion in doubt OT to Pedo st is just the cherry on top . God I love it haha.
