Wahl is a bit overmatched defending Kofi, but he's super crafty on the offensive end. I'm impressed.
We don't shoot free throws because we rarely attack the rim. Wisconsin is getting to the line because of dribble drive and second chance rebounds, where we have to take the foul or give up a layup.
I think Wisconsin has had more team fouls on them, but Illinois' fouls are on shot contests at the rim.
A few ticky tack calls on both ends, but overall well called.

Exactly. Those step back threes are the reason we don't get to the line and people complain about foul shooting differential. That's a shot they can get at any time. Take it to the basket or feed the big fella.

Yeah, I think that Plummer three was out of frustration as much as anything. Wisky's d has been solidly draped on him and he hasn't seen a sliver of an opening.
I agree, we gotta fight harder for rebounds and through screens. We're a better team, but they're doing a lot of the physical things better than us right now.

It’s almost like we foul a lot in shooting situations. Only 7 personal fouls is actually an improvement (sadly).
