I love Belo, but he really needs to be coached up on clock management. Kofi needs to practice shooting double the free throws. I want both of the to succeed, but they have work to do.

Hawk and Belo are starting to look pretty darn fully operational. This pony has a whole heck of a lot more tricks than just the three and Kofi now. The dynamism of the offense in the second half is what I was hoping for when this season started. When we're clicking like this, we can score on anyone.

Don't like how we once again let off the gas and let a team stay in it with bad FT shooting. But a couple things I really liked..
We kicked their @$$ in the first half on the perimeter. The we kicked their @$$ in the second half by running offense and working it inside. We are just so hard to beat when we can do that.
When we started to go on our obligatory drought early in the second half, they put Belo in and he went straight to the basket and got an easy layup. Thought that was huge.

Didn't want to post this until the outcome was decided, but my goodness does the Michigan crowd/fanbase suck. That atmosphere was about the one we'd see at SFC....for our women's games. NO comparison to today when Michigan was making a run in the final five minutes vs. Illinois making a run in the final five minutes Thursday.
As a team we are bad but we have good Ft shooters minus Kofi Payne and Hawkins. However they seem to shoot the 1 and 1s
Plummer and Grandson both had missed today which normally doesn’t happen
So glad for Hawkins. I know his confidence was shaken a bit, but he found his way.
