Really think a BIG all star team of Kofi, Keegan, J Davis, Ivey, and Trent would be really tough. Probably prejudiced but don’t think Ivey is better than Ayo. Given up career aspirations as NBA scout.
Is it possible under NIL to organize a private event with conference all star teams? Can’t believe a sponsor wouldn’t be available.

Iowa Purdue game is actually pretty fun to watch.

Edit: both teams clearly want to win. Lots of energy from both sides.

No way Iowa passes us on the line having beaten them twice but I think it's 50/50 that they could be a 4 seed too. With the providence and Arkansas loss I think it will be Iowa or Houston and if Houston loses to Memphis I certainly wouldn't be shocked. Iowa is as hot as anyone I despise Iowa but we were fortunate they missed FTs and an open 3. I think we are better but they are very good n I won't pick them to lose for a couple rounds at least.

Dam that Ivey slip… maybe there is some logic to our guys not playing today …

Looking at this past season and now at some of the tournament results... this year it is NOT a good thing to be a top seed (or even right near the top).

Giants going down all over. And this is GOOD. This will make for a really fun Dance this time around.

This looks like the future template for college ball going forward. With one-and-done players exiting for pro ball it seems harder to build a college superteam as existed before. There will be lots of good teams now in the 26-6 area of wins-losses just like this year. More teams will have a legitimate chance to win.

Yes, the big name programs will always get ‘theirs’ because name plates and extra exposure sells. But big name programs can’t just show up on the floor and expect to be coronated anymore.

And with the Illini now once again firmly established back in the upper reaches of college ball, we will have lots of ups-and-downs but mostly fun times straight ahead.

And this season? Sweet Sixteen AT A MINIMUM, please.

If Houston wins this game, it will be their first win all season vs a team likely to make the tournament.

I hate Iowa but I’m picking them to go far. They’re just more efficient with how they spread the floor and way more adaptable with their defense even if they don’t have a great overall defense.

Nice B1G season, Purdue.

Well, we're go to see how much the Big Ten Tournament along with the end of the season is worth. Nobody in the conference is playing better than they are right now. They have all the pieces to make a big time run, with the most important piece being Murray (Keegan). He's good enough to put them on his back for a while.

With the talent Purdue has, Painter failed (so far, he could still have a great NCAA tourney). Fran (oof, Fran, bleck) got it done. I like the Murray Boys. The rest can go pound sand.

Typically, a surprising team winning their conference tourney normally fades out in the NCAA. I will have them losing to whichever 3 or 4 seed they play in the 2nd round

Pfft Iowa doesn't stand a chance in the NCAA tournament. Hot teams coming off conference tournament championships rarely go far. Suckers.
