College refereeing is terrible in the post. They will let someone get the ball and back down a defender (aka 2005 NC) or they will let 3 defenders push and shove a post player with the ball. Supposed cylinder is a joke. Today they let the defenders body up Kofi pushing and shoving after the catch. Its ridiculous.
By your criteria, the rest of our team has four turnovers and zero “good passes”, which is how you are defining highlight reel passes.
I will absolutely take two of each from him along with multiple other assists that you consider routine, scoring, and rebounds.

We came out flatter than a pancake and got down 14 ..............To not have any 3pt shots made and shooting less than 50 % on FTs and only be down 4 points at halftime shows we are playing hard and finally started playing some D.........Jake isn't 100 % for sure .....seems like Trent isn't either .......
Just keep pounding the ball down low and foul out their bigs and get a lead ......Chat will ge gassed by the 10 minute mark of the second half if we keep feeding Kofi.....
I hope BU keeps the 3/4 court press on as it changed their flow and we got at least 1 steal by Belo.....can't remember if we got any more but it did disrupt their flow.....

Yeah idk about this. We need to win or lose with Trent and Damonte on the floor. We have to ignite a spark in them, not send in freshman and pray for some magic. Throwing in the freshman right now shows Chattanooga we’re desperate imo.

Plummer hasn't had an open shot all game, Damonte had one from a range further than he likes. Chattanooga's entire defense is to face guard Illini players on the 3pt line and not allow an open three pointer. They are daring the illini guards to drive on them or make the inlet pass to kofi. Quite frankly, Illinois doesn't need to make a single this game. They just have to keep going inside or taking it to the rim every single possession.

The problem is you prefer someone who doesn't commit turnovers but this teams already suffers from having too many limited offensive passive players on it to begin with so its makes no sense to what to neuter the only dynamic perimeter player the team has .
Id rather have someone who as the announcer said on more than one occasion makes things happen as opposed to simply not turn it it over but running the three man weave up top to nowhere .
First to he slipped but the second turnover look at how long it to them to set a screen down low to Kofi . Hes dribbling back and forth because hes waiting for the screen to get set and Kofi to clear it so the ball can go immediately to the wing and right inside before the defense has a chance to react . Now he could force it to DMW on the wing but the seniors have done nothing but run from the ball all night and play passive all evening .
