Remove your cups, gentlemen! The sky is very clear in our favor for now and the future.
And a round of applause to the loyalty insiders who share their info, good or bad, to the best of their abilities with the rest of the class.
Great job by the coaching staff! If they get TSJ we will be potentially a top ten team imo. Hopefully the players can develop some chemistry this summer and hit it right outta the gate next season.
Edit:assuming Kofi stays, of course

Remember when a class with one marginal four star player was deemed likely to take the Illini to the promised land?

Pouring out a big one to you, coach. Unbelievably great hire by Underwood.

Just remember that rating services have existed long before 247 got in the game. Clark Francis @ Hoop Scoop and Bob Gibbons All Star Report were go to sources long before the internet existed, and I still like RSCI composite rankings. That being said hell of a great rebound by the staff after Boswell miss.Uh am I reading it right that he is our highest rated 247 composite recruit EVER?

Also it's all of their first years on staff after the entire staff was poached last off-season. Absolutely unreal.
Oh man...the years where we struggled to even land 1 top 100 guard.
The turnaround has just been crazy. If the smoke around Terrence Shannon is real and then you add him too? I mean, the talent they have added is...unreal.
