Kenari Wilcher, 3 star DB from Florida is committing July 4th. I've got to assume it's him because I can't find anything either.

as someone who has ZERO knowledge of how this is done today, are the days where a guy holds a stopwatch and "starts" it when the gun goes off and "stops" it when the dude crosses the end line over? is this all done with lasers now so there is nothing subjective in the process anymore?
