Totally get your point, but Trent, Damonte, and Giorgi were pre-Ayo. I don’t want to name names, but this looks like the teams a few years earlier when transfers were supposed to come save us every year.
Giorgi wasn’t, but sure Trent and Damonte were there, but they were freshman. They weren’t what they were as upper classmen. Some of these freshmen may be something one day too. But that 1st season BU went 4-14 in the big ten, and I think we are back to that point. Square one.

I don’t know. Why do players like Hawkins have such a long leash after so many bonehead plays/games?
He probably feels like for them to reach their potential CoHawk has to play better and he is hoping he figures it out cause he won't on the bench but at some point you have to save the season.

Seriously. We are 3-5, they are 21-28. The issue isn't missing free throws, it's an offense that puts us in a position where we aren't even able to shoot them.
Doesn't matter how many you shoot if you miss them all.

Duke got beat by 24 tonight by an unranked team, and Duke recruits nothing but 5 star guys.

From now on in the transfer portal, we should only get guys who shoot like Alfonso Plummer

Our free throw ability wouldn’t save us if we had the chance. Underwood teams are NOT good free throw shooting teams unfortunately.
Not even worried about that part. It's bizarre that we're called on that many but NU hasn't been

Maybe at some point “backs to the wall” will mean they’ll play like they’re capable of playing. This team is capable physically of beating almost anyone. Mentally they’re a mess right now. It might be who they are. Hopefully not.
