Well well well , I'm getting settled in to a great night of B$G BB......Watching psu-scUM , pulling for psu to piss off scUM and coach Coward enough for
huntie baby and the coward to lose their minds and get tossed out of the game......all in good fun folks....all in good fun ......

then watch the Illini garner our first B$G win of the season over the mildcats..................................how aboot

3 of the 4 must haves in order to win a B1G game. Unfortunately, none are dependable, and the 4th...intense D...which is the easiest for this team has also been missing at times.

But there is no reason this group of Illini cannot learn and make progress in all areas...with enough hard work at each one. Just need to have the desire and motor to do it. Go Illini!!

I believe you're probably asking too much. I think we can really control only our defensive play, and #1 from your list (turnovers).

Long distance shooting and FT's will likely be our Achilles Heel all year long. We may have two or three great shooting games, but that's just not our strength.

SUCCESS THIS SEASON: It's all about playing great defense and protecting the ball......two things we can control.

Gut feel is this one will be tough one. Gotta be smart with the ball and play with effort and energy on defense. Let's play hard and take this one.
