I feel like I say this every game but so impressed with Bostic rebounding, 10 in the first half. Shoup-Hill with 5 and they as usual playing against a team taller than they are. 45-27 at the half and again we have five that can score each time down the floor. Fun team to watch. Not much off the bench for tonight so far but may need it the second half, NW is a good team and not going away easy.

If you’ve ever played with or coached that kind of a player, it just isn’t worth it. This Illini team is doing it the right way, with a demeanor that reflects pride in team and teammates.

We just doubled our win total from last year. First win against Northwestern since 2014. That second half was rough. Credit to Northwestern, they couldn't miss. Thankfully, Bostic is a rebounding machine and had the huge three-point play. 4-1 in the B1G. Love it.

Hard fought physical game. These ladies are fighters! Congrats on a well deserved win. I hope they can do some promotions to get more fans in the seats. Not sure exactly what it would be, but these gals deserve more.
