Caught the end of the UW/PSU game. Think it was the last shot PSU made, a Pickett up and under scoop shot as the clock expired. The replay clearly showed Wahl gave Pickett a little hip check on the shot. Nothing egregious, but it was definitely a foul.

I know BIG refs miss fouls all the time, but it got me thinking, year in year out Wisconsin is so good and those little hip checks/bumps that rarely get called, while also initiating contact on offense, I just feel like that’s something they have to practice, right? And if so, I don’t know what to call it. It’s not dirty, but it doesn’t sit right with me. Am I crazy or does it seem like they play that way every year?

Huskers may knock off OSU. Also their home jerseys are hideous.

I never really knew the story. I thought big ten did a really great job here. Very touching. Definitely recommend. And the Iowa UM game afterwards was great to watch too.
Agree. Thought it was excellent. Could have been a 30 for 30 so even more people could learn about his life. I was a student at Illinois when that happened and it was heartbreaking. Can’t believe it’s been 30 years, remember that like yesterday. Easily my favorite Hawkeye. (Actually, probably my only favorite Hawkeye)

Man tOSU last 5 have been my worst nightmare scenario for the Illini. They played well against PU, Maryland, and Rutgers but just couldn't find a way. 3 respectable losses though. But then you also lay 2 eggs against Minnesota and Nebraska.

I'm still hoping a similar stretch happens to Purdue. But it's getting harder and harder to see them finishing with more than 5 B1G losses.

Unc and Kentucky had to be pretty close to this. This year has really been flipped up and around with teams at the top

Neither of those teams stayed in the top 6 after their losses.

UNC started the season at #9, were #19 heading into their 4 game losing streak and were #24 after it.

Kentucky started the season at #1, were #6 before they lost 4 of 7 games and fell all the way to #43 after that stretch.
