You missed my point...which was you dont actually know if he goes into each game with a certain mindset, you just know about that one game and assumed the rest based on his play. But you can have the right mindset and things go wrong.Does it matter how I know? It still makes my point. The mental aspect of his game. His body language is everything .
My Ja comment was only to point out that playing above your high school rating shouldn’t be an accomplishment when you have a multiple D 1 offers. Which Ja did not have. But I agree it is a crazy comparison and not the same.
CH takes multiple plays off mentally during games. That needs to be fixed. If he fixes that I will be the loudest one rooting for him. In fact, I have said multiple times on this board I want Coleman to shoot the ball more when he is in the paint.
If you disagree that CH makes mental mistakes at the wrong time of the games constantly then, we will just have to agree to disagree because we aren’t watching the same game.
We can revisit this topic during the second round of the NCAA. If CH plays up to his potential ( which is what the NBA is evaluating) then we are a final four team. With out CH playing up to his potential we will exit in the 2nd round again for the 3 rd straight year. I won’t have to say a word on this board after that because everyone else will.
no disagreement htat he has some mental mistakes, mine and others overall points is that he gets a disproportionate amount of flack. He's not the only guy who makes ill timed errors, but reading some of these threads (this one actually is tame), you might think he was. And like htat previous post, ppl go out of their way to attribute things that arent even his fault as his fault (referrign to whoever said hawkins was on perkins as an example)
Cheers, done with the topic
