I saw Dravyn just put up 33/7/4 a couple of days ago.

Did all of the complaints about the competition level just stem from that one video of him dunking at the end of a decided game, or is this league really of low-quality, basketball-wise? I have a hard time believing people would have him in this environment if that is the case. Would love to learn more about OTE. Apparently a lot of top players play or have played in this league, including LeBron James' son, projected 2023 top 10 picks Ausar & Amen Thompson, projected 2024 top 10 pick Robert Dillingham, and Naasir Cunningham who is the current #1 HS recruit for 2024.

Seems like a lot of top players with potential NBA playing careers are putting their trust in this league/organization.

The league has a lot of talent, especially compared to the regular public basketball league. Like you said they have the Thompson twins, Robert Dillingham, Cunningham, also a couple of good international prospects and other top 150 kids. My only concern about the league is that the competitiveness seems to lack, especially on defense. Dravyn's play in OTE is still outstanding considering he is arguably having the best statistical season out of all that talent.

I am apprehensive of skill and league considering DGL wasn’t getting quality minutes Monteverde

While that's true, a lot of guys would be in the same boat. To say MV is loaded is an understatement.

DGL's skill set and athleticism suggest he can be a really good high major player. Very few think he's gonna shred from the get go (me included). There's gonna be a transition. If Brad thinks he's worthy, that's more than good enough for me.

was DGL recruited to come to MV? or he decided that would be the next school he was going to?

While there are a few very skilled or talented kids in his current league, it by no means represents the majority of the talent in the league.

You think the kids who are about to get drafted as lottery picks would go play in a sub-par league? Seems like people are really grasping at straws just to create negatives here.

EDIT: Of course he was recruited to play at Montverde. He doesn't just walk into these premier teams and leagues and demand to be put on the court.

Where would you rank the majority of talent of talent in that league vs regular high school conferences across the country?

DGL reminds me of a Purdue type guards of the past. Going to be a good one for the Illini.
