I don't know where the Wisconsin stuff is coming from, he's meeting with Illinois today or this weekend.
Probably from the same people that think the world is ending every time we loose a game or don't win by as much as they thought we would. They also occasionally panic every time a player looks upset on the bench.

There’s your Friday Funday 😎😎😎-welcome Keaton!

I had it on good authority a MAJOR target would be entering the portal by today. That’s changed- but still happening in the next week or so. Keep an eye on the portal- it should be pretty obvious who I’m referring to when this player enters

What goes into the process of these players knowing that they are going to enter the portal but delaying making it official? Doesn't seem to be advantageous to wait.

Not an insider, haven’t heard anything from any secret sources. But guessing the Domask UW speculation (outside of the obvious) could be stemming from this: his most recent follows on Instagram are the official Badgers Hoops Account and the Badgers Barstool account.

Has not, as far as I can tell, followed any Illini-related accounts.

The best feeling in the world even with all this suspense of the unknown is that we have Ty, Hansberry & Morez. Those kids are really really really really really f****** good. Like really good. So happy they are with us.
For the most part, I agree with you. But as much as I like Rodgers and respect his effort on defense and rebounding, he's still a guy who's not a threat to score. That means you don't have to guard him. His defender just sags back and clogs up the passing lanes. Guys like Goode stretch the defense; you can't leave him alone at the arc. I don't think I saw Rodgers take a jump shot all season. He needs to add the mid-range jumper to his game, and he needs to learn to break his man down off the bounce to get that shot. I think he can do that, but until he does, you don't need to guard him. I'm still glad we have him though; so much potential.

On the contrary......

I predict he'll score at least 12 pts/game in 2023-24, even without an improved outside shot.

See him as an Andre Jackson type with 6-7 rebounds, 6-7 points, and 4-5 assists. More points if he develops a shot but excellent with those nos.

Would we have any interest in Will Baker? Was a highly regarded prospect in high school, didn’t do well at Texas as a freshman and went to Nevada and now is back in the portal.

Yeah coach shouldn’t yell and hurt these kids feelings. Izzo, Calipari, keady, knight,Dean Smith, Al Maguire, and millions of other coaches should never do that!!!! Oh and my mom and dad shouldn’t have either.

So did he add those follows while on the visit with Illinois, or before?

His most recent follow is now Meyers Leonard. Does that mean he plans to stay in the draft?

MY sources say use the name Ken Colliers when at Wabash Valley
He went by Colliers in high school. Was originally part of the loaded class of 1982. He was committed to Wisconsin, but switched to us when Bill Cofield left.

He couldn't enroll in 82 because of an academic snafu. He played one year at Wabash Valley, transferred, and redshirted. All of sudden he was Ken Norman, aka Snake.

Adding to my last post on this.

Herdes went to Lincoln Trail I believe. Was an assistant coach for Ron Felling and ended up at Evansville with Pearl.
Yes…Pearl and Herdes were at USI in Evansville …Herdes became head coach at USI after Pearl left
