100%. If you didn't fully appreciate TF when he was here, you should now. Staying committed during a coaching change, changing/morphing roles as an Illini during his career at UIUC, and continuing to care/support the program from across the world post-UIUC. One of the "great" Illini of all time.

During Trent's Freshman year, I told my wife that TF would end up being in the top 10 of my favorite Illini BB players of all time. My wife is born and raised in the Florida the panhandle and a lifelong FSU fan (and now an Illini sports fan :chief: ). She looks forward to all of the TF highlights from across the world. Trent is in her top 5 Illini BB player list. Dee/Ayo battle for #1, but she won't commit...

Don’t care about the rules… #1 should be in the rafters.

Glad you got to see Ayo. The mavs were tanking, which even their coach admitted to after the game, and the bulls have nothing left to play for since they are locked into their playoff seed. It’s not really about rest.

It’s a shame, and I understand if you don’t follow nba basketball, but the last 1-2 games of the season are always going to be like this, unless playoff implications are on the line.

Exactly. If you're going to a late season NBA game, especially with one where there are no real stakes for either team, you're gonna get what you pay for. K.C. Johnson had even mentioned that the Bulls wouldn't be starting Demar, LaVine, and Vuc in that game and would play them limited minutes in today's regular season finale vs. the Pistons but that was mainly just to get them in a rhythm for the play-in game on Wednesday night.

What I paid for? Unfortunately they did not discount the tickets because everyone knew, what you stated (which I didn’t), was going to happen. I paid to see Luka, Kyrie, LaVine, DeRosa, Beverly and the rest of the team. I’ll just pass on the pro game moving forward as it seems it’s about the players not the fans.

Don’t think I’ve ever been to or watched a college game where coaches rested their players who were tired or had minor nicks. See Trent Frazier to name one.

How many games do they play in a college season vs an NBA? Now get off my lawn.

Well, let’s see how much pros paid vs college. And no classes! Taking the garbage out first!

My fight is not with you, with the money paid we expect to see the best players play. Kind of like watching Taylor Swift vs the singer at the county fair. As you said, you should get what you pay for.

But the fight is that it was incredibly ignorant for you to assume those players would be playing. Much less complain about the obviousness afterwards.
