I just tried to subscribe to BTN + and , since I had an account previously I was directed to sign in........Well , I forgot my password from my earlier subscription so I had to click on the forgot password box and nothing yet has been received in my email account after 45 minutes ......I have since tried the same path 4 more times and still no receipt of a link to reset my password.......

It's possible that a whole lot of people are resetting their password. That can back up the emailer queue and make it take a while.
Given the quality of front end software on Big Ten Plus, I'd say their back end software sucks as well.

Did you try contacting BIG's excellent customer service? I mean, I'm assuming the network has excellent customer service.
On the off chance you didn't find it, here's the page with the steps. Says there's 2 ways, although they probably both go to the same reset. Apologies in advance if this isn't helpful.
