In my opinion, Domask simply hasn't earned it yet this season. Playing a ton of minutes and taking a ton of shots for SIU (even if you score a lot as a result) doesn't make you a better player than a guy with better %s and some better per-min stats playing in the role we need him to play, namely, mostly, to hit open shots and give our best offensive players (TSJ, CH, DD) more possessions. In other words, I don't want to see a mid-sized, somewhat-slow, sharpshooter missing shots that should have gone to our better offensive players, and last year's numbers show that Goode won't do that as much as Domask will.

BTW, I do like Domask off the bench for 15 to 20 mins per game and a potentially big scorer in that role. And all this is subject to change, of course, based on this season's stats and any injuries.

Haha! Again, you are comparing apples to oranges regarding last season's stats. Domask has been an All-Conference player his entire career and Luke has barely played.

Luke was to shoot when he was open. Marcus was his team's alpha, not only in terms of shooting the ball, but in terms of distributing. Almost everything SIU ran went through Marcus. Shooting under those circumstances is not the same thing.

Very interested to see how Brad will be handling lineups and what our rotations will look like to start the season. Also intrigued on our movement off the ball in offensive sets and how we're going to utilize Ty once we get into the halfcourt offense. Despite it being an exhibition against a worse than directional school, should be a very very interesting game.

I went ahead and subscribed for the Illini annual pass.....it cost me $ 84.00 divided by 12 months equals $ 7.00 a month ....well worth it TO ME !!!!!!!!...............enough classic games to watch and other stuff to keep me interested and I get to see 16 Women's BB games on B1G + that I would have missed .................I'm glad I signed up for the annual Illini pass.............I really really really am.....................................

I'm not sure who Brad was trying to troll with that comment, but it was hilarious. Just like "yeah 2 and half weeks to the regular season and we haven't installed any offense" 😂 love it

Looks like about half their team played at a JC prior to making their way to Ottawa. Their two biggest guys are 6-8 and 6-9 and both foreign born — Netherlands and South Australia respectively.

1. B1G+ Live Games (non-televised) - For any live game streamed on B1G+, the replay is uploaded within an hour after the end of the game.

2. Big Ten Network Live Games (televised) - For any live game on TV, the replay will be uploaded as soon as the next business day

* Some games may not be uploaded as a replay if they are non-conference road games.

Be aware that the radio is covering Illini volleyball starting at 6:00 p.m. central. If that match goes beyond two hours then men's basketball will not be aired until the volleyball match is over. Basketball will be joined in progress.
