I’ll just get this out of the way:

“I wish we’d enter the season unranked, so that we have a chip on our shoulder”.

Even though the top teams, who get the best recruits, are ranked the majority of the season every year.

You can be ranked and still have a chip on your shoulder.

It should be a really tough schedule so lots of opportunities to get some high profile wins, while also having a much higher risk of showing some visible growing pains. If we can overcome that and are able to come together as a team and play some good ball this year, we should wind up with a fairly high seed based on quality of opponent alone. That said, not many breaks and we've got a couple vicious stretches of B10 play with one to close out the season, so we've got opportunities for sure, but it's going to be difficult. Rank 25-35 seems about right for now
