Turnovers and Kolek the difference in the game. Beloved looked good till the last 2 minutes of brain fog. We are good, MU was better tonight.

Still proud of this team seen plenty to be excited about and seen plenty we need to work on.but over all I think once the pieces fit together this team will be alot better and in tune by march.ILL

Alot to he happy and pissed about. Everything I'm pissed about can be fixed. I thought Marquette played clean and steady and yet we were right there.

Can we get some BLOB plays please?

Feel like a lot of our turnovers in the ~10:00 to ~4:00 mark were unforced. Every loose ball seemed to bounce to them too.

Very very good and connected team. I think they are a 2 seed at worst. Pretty impressive showing for game 3. We should be a handful come conference season.

I can live with the poor shooting from both 3 and the ft line. I can handle the 50/50 balls not going our way. But the unforced errors even beyond the turnovers and the amount of easy buckets we gave up is just hard to swallow. Marquette is a good team but they're extremely beatable. Those are the wins you need at home if you want your program to evolve to the next level.

Not how you want to end a game, but we'll learn from this. Honestly a ton to like about how we played today. We were right there with them and that 10 minute stretch to start the 2nd half was some very high quality basketball by both teams. We have weaknesses for sure, but I came away from this more optimistic than before this game. I think we can grow on this and get better by season end. This would've been a nice win but I think we'll be fine.

I mean, it was the third game of the season against #4 in the country. Our roster is clearly still jelling, game was sloppy in many regards and not a great shooting night and it was a 2 possession game in the last minute? I think there are far more positives to build on than negatives.

excited to see what this team looks like in Feb/March

That's a #1 or #2 seed in the tourney with 8 of their top 9 returning players and we were right there. That team will absolutely destroy a lot of teams with their ball movement and quickness. Great early season test and more to come.

Man, I will be happy if we never see Kolek again. He's a great player but we made him look like he's All-NBA... like Good Curbelo on steroids.

We worked so hard for our points and then we let them score easy baskets time after time... we seriously have to do a better job guarding the pick-and-roll and guarding in transition.

Still, happy with the effort. Luke and Domask and Shannon had pretty good games. A lot to clean up but Marquette is a good team and we've got a great chance again coming up soon for a quality win against FAU.

Lost the energy at around 10 minutes left. Never regained

Couldn’t stop them from getting east baskets after our makes

Team needs to realize an east 2 at the end of the game is almost as good as a 3 Ty had an easy lay up that he passed out

I don’t understand why we didn’t start fouling earlier to extend the game.

With all that said we played the #1 and #4 teams well. Now we have to show up every night
