We scored 98 points last game with 10 total assists. You clearly don’t understand how our offense operates, all good though.
Did not expect a win today. Did think we'd see a little more grit. Lots of settling for threes and very little drive with ferocity.

Tenn. obviously did their homework on the scout and Barnes has them executing every facet of a perfect game plan. Illini can match them, especially on a neutral court, but there are still a bunch of concepts that need to be learned. It appears the Vols have learned from their failures and paid attention....and they will be rewarded with a win. Let's hope the Illini can do the same and be rewarded in March and April.
Tennessee is a very athletic team. They close gaps quickly. Illinois will see more of this as the season progresses. It’s a tough environment, but a good experience.

Why is it a requirement to call a foul anytime a dunk is missed? It's like bald guys being required to have goatees. I dont make the rules but I'll never understand it.

You clearly aren’t watching the second half and the stagnate offense with no flow. And we scored 98 on ten assists last game because Domask and Shannon had over 60 backing people in the paint with a size advantage. I really like this team . I’m just saying at times it hurts we don’t have an experienced true point guard.

Like Jay Wright said those were good looks fir Goode n Domask. Got to make those when they are doubling TSJ and punish em. Far from over, had the hit em its a 3 point game. Got to make em to close this game.
The Domask one was a “good look” because he was at least 3.5 feet outside the arc. I’d argue whether that was a good shot. The Goode one was.

These Tennessee rims are crazy. I've never seen so many back rim clanks that somehow have found a way in. It's like they're secretly parabolic

I'm going to bite here. In today's game, what would have changed? We got out hustled, we got destroyed in the paint, we're on pace to shoot 40 threes and we didn't rebound.
