I took a look and UT -7.5. When you start getting into that territory, the prediction is for a rather comfortable win. Ultimately, that's how I think it's going to play out and no shame in that. It is CBS however and it is THE game if the morning/very early afternoon. There will be a lot of eyes on it. Don't want to get curb stomped from the jump.

The near double digit spread is weird to me. Vegas is pretty spot on though, so do we have a starter that is going to miss the game or something? Having a hard time imagining they are 8 points better than us, even if you give them 2-3 points as it's a home game.
Home games (at some venues) are worth many more than one basket. Otherwise, why would anyone talk about it?
A few weeks ago someone posted the Big 10 home court advantages and the largest advantage was barely over 3 points if I remember correctly.
Between 2.5 and 6 points is what I understand to be the norm for home court in CBB. So not "many more" but yes it's possible Vegas thinks TN has a giant advantage. The line also has moved 1.5 points in Tenn's direction. I still find it odd.
