Just beautifully ugly college basketball.
Slight correction. It's NBC, not Peacock that's part of the TV contract. The only reason most of the stuff in basketball season ends up on Peacock is because they don't have an equivalent channel like NBCSN anymore to put them on. USA Network is basically booked up with Premier League and A-10 basketball though that mostly takes up the weekends. With NXT moving to the CW this fall, it's possible that the Tuesday games could end up on USA Network next year.
That NW student that just screamed us all to commercial has a voice that could summon demons.

We blew out NW by 30 and then got out-hustled by Maryland. NW is showing how bad our loss was to Maryland. So far, NW has 8 steals to only 2 for the Terps. One thing I have noticed is that our per game steals seem always to be less lately than our opponent. According to ESPN, our per game steals are 4.3 per game, which is last in the BIG Ten. Why is that? Can't ever remember a Illini team last in steals per game

NW has thrown multiple guys at Reese where as against us he was just backing down Coleman all game.
Two great PG's going at it in this game. Nice to have guys like those that can control the game and get their own shots.

Young vs. Buie is pretty dang entertaining.
Young is the dude on this Maryland team. I'm so much more impressed with him than I have been with the rest of that roster.
Why in the world is Young making that free throw?
Wish we could have held Reese to 10 like NW just did.
