It's really maddening. Beyond that, it's deeply troubling that we've seen this exact situation play out multiple times recently with Brad repeating the obvious mistake.
An explanation for it is the only thing he should be asked at the post game.
That and Brad always lets Goode get cooked for 6 possessions in a row before he ever does anything about it

Everything else…the dude had a bad They took away booty ball with their usual brand of thuggery. It happens. It’s incredibly hard to win game in game out in the B1Gten.
IMO you should be more annoyed at the mental lapses of several people…and the fact that others didn’t step up…and the fact that we AS A TEAM we implode at the end of games. Some of that is certainly coaching.
Do you know how much good stuff MD brings to our team?? People complaining about Domask not being Sherman Douglas. We already knew that. Neither is Ty…we already knew that.
If we can't win road games against even average teams, that is going to be a problem. We still have Maryland, Penn St, Wisconsin, Iowa on the road. Can we even win 2 of those?

One more and I'm out for a while. If the only thing separating TY from being a lottery pick is a jump shot and we don't need jumpers from him as he is elite at everything else, why in the F is he not in the game always. I'm not so sure he isn't a late first rounder as it is. Beyond frustrating.

we got outscored 24-8 to end the game..........2 of the worst turnovers you will ever see Domask make in his career at the end took the life out of us,,,,,,
every shot down low by msu was a and 1 late in the game ........
1 FG in the last 7+ minutes was a stone cold streak we have from time to time.....
not having Ty in the game the last 6-7 minutes is a headscratcher as he jumps the energy up big time....

Seems like a poor decision from BU to have a grad assistance as defensive coordinator. Makes Henry look like a good decision.

They don't do that to everybody. Some guys just get abused. We actually have FOUR backcourt stoppers on our team.

No. If our guards didn't continually get broken down, the refs can't even begin to make that call. Our guard play stinks on the defensive end. It can't be any more blunt than that. Btw....we didn't score for the last 7 minutes. That's not a ref thing. That's an Illinois guard thing.
I have to step away for a second. Lol. This is 100% on our guys. With 7 minutes left, we were up 8. We lost by 8. That's a 16 point swing in 7 minutes. It's inexcusable and frustrating.

Goode is a parking cone on defense and we have two very good defenders sitting on the bench. Goode missed two wide open threes and a free throw as well. Goode is only in high major CBB because of his ability to shoot. If he’s not making shots he shouldn’t be out there.
This team is going nowhere in March if they don’t clean up the D and figure out how to close. At times in games they look like a Top 5 team and then it all falls apart. Do that in March and it’s over.
