Literally the only criticism I can think of is….they need better mics
They picked us to win by 7 over Moorhead. They picked us to lose the BTT championship. Before that they picked us to lose several games. I watch them more out of curiosity but it's really just entertainment. I think they are fun to watch but they are wrong most of the time from what I can see.

Greg picks against us as a bit (the Illini fans on their Discord beg him not to pick us since it's like a kiss of death each time he does). Carter loves our offense.
Also, they're trying to get paid as college basketball analysts. They're not going to be homers. If that's what you're looking for, you're probably best sticking to pure fan sites
They are wrong. It is not lack of effort. These guys are not Illinois fans. Watch the play where Shannon dives on the floor for the ball. Sleepers is entertainment and it is not bad but Greg loves Michigan and Cart is an MSU guy. They do this for ratings and money. It is entertainment and guess what, they have a lot of Illinois people hooked on them. Not saying that is a bad thing.

Morehead State was probably the best 14 available (well, now it's Oakland because they beat Kentucky), but they were effectively Michigan in quality.
Duquesne is a bit better, they're more like Penn State, or Minnesota in quality. They have a worse profile than Maryland.
It's a team that can beat them if they aren't up for it, so it'd be great to see the guys up for it from the tip this time.

You aren't really paying attention then. They are talking about the beginning of the game effort. It's a trend with Illinois.
They aren't making a lot of money with this. Go research the YouTube $$ algorithms. They have 9K subscribers dude. You actually think this is about money and ratings? You aren't watching them.
They have other teams fans watching because they clearly do it for the love of the game. Go see how many game reviews they do. They are light and fun and 100% fans. It's a complete 180 from all the content creators with stupid hot takes for clicks and likes. These guys aren't doing that.
They travel to other B1G arenas to watch games. They interact with the team and the fans.
If you actually watched them you would know this. This is just a drive by comment on them.

TJ is not going to allow this team to underperform. He is on a whole ‘nother level right now. Duquesne hasn’t played a guy like him and following his lead, we’ll fight to the death and suspect that we’ll win in the process.

I hope we have a late game since someone decided to schedule us an 8U baseball tournament on a weekend that has the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament and Palm Sunday. I might be running game changer and watching the game at the same time.
