Oh, Brad and the team had unconditional success on the year for sure, it was just a frustrating situation to think they had a top target sealed up, and then all the targets went elsewhere.
You new to this whole recruiting thing?

I'm going with Small, Hadley, Oweh, Storr, Hill and a big. Guessing they wont take Hadley and Hill, I personally would prefer Hadley.

If Michigan wasn’t going to adjust their academic reqs then he’d have taken the Louisville job. Goodman was certain he was taking Louisville before Michigan got in at the last minute.
Our insiders here reported the same, down to the fact that he had assistants lined up and they had to scramble to make things right with their programs.

I believe in the simplest solution: Michigan had more money to play with. The athletic director has control over that and can move more quickly with that kind of promise. There's no way they got the Michigan board agree to change their academic standards for athletes that quickly. Michigan has too much pride.

Jalen Brunson did/does.

If Marcus Hill was an effective post up guard, he’d have shot far better than 47% on 2s in the MAC. He’d have also averaged far more than 2.6 assists if he was a problem for MAC defenses bc they’d be doubling and he’d be passing out of that booty ball action.

Any player that is under 6’4; and shoots under 30% from 3, I don’t see them as a Big 10 player.

Hill shot 44/29/74 with 2.6 assists/2.6 turnovers. His stats say he’s a high volume chucker that can’t shoot from the outside. There’s nothing in his game or stats that resemble Domask. Domask is far bigger, shot FTs better, and created more plays for others even at SIU. You could space the floor with Domask and hunt mismatches if a smaller guy switched onto him. Hill can’t do any of that

If Hill wasn’t from Rockford I doubt he’d be mentioned at all.

All speculation here. But you get more time for your rebuild at Michigan than at Louisville. So more money and more time might have outweighed the academic leeway at Louisville.

JP literally grew 2" in the matter of 2 posts...:ROFLMAO:
Lol I was just going off what he was listed at. Checking it out, I see he measured in at 6'2 at the combine.

I always expect teams to embellish a little but 2 inches is a lot.

Sincere Harris Stats 2022-23:

15+ Min: 5.6 PPG, 3.1 RPG, 1.1 APG, 1.3 StlPG, .4 BlkPG, .6 TO per game.

20+ Min: 6.9 PPG, 3.4 RPG, 1 APG, 1 StlPG, .25 BPG, .75 TO per game

Not too bad for a freshman... If he could bump those up to 12 PPG, 7 RPG, 3 APG, 2 StlPG, 1 BPG, 1.5 TO per game while playing lock down D I believe he would be a major weapon for us.
