Game Thread: Illinois vs Oakland

Oakland is just trying to mock up the game. This is a good game to have before we play Bama.. Wake this team up to understanding they have to play together all the time... This zone has messed up the flow of the Offensive big time. Looks like a team who hasn't played well against the zone twice now. Ole Miss was play a pressure zone causing us to turn it over alot.
We are trying to make the extra pass deep in the paint.. this is causing the biggest issues. Just win the game. and move on.. 4 point game right now
Our D looks fine. we have given up 20 points off TOs.. different game without at 14 TOs

Boise State is actually pretty solid and has a very strong chance of being a tourney team but your point stands
I'm not sure what he did wrong, so I almost think that must be the case
I understand your point, but Kentucky won at #7 UNC last year, but lost to Oakland in the tourney. That’s basketball

Been asking for morez, but my guess is we have an advantage with Ivisic getting the ball at the elbow since he has a better offensive game. We can't exactly sacrifice that at the moment since they are denying the 3 pt line
Shooting aside, I honestly think Boswell has had a really good game for us. His defense has caused several turnovers and his passing is opening up the zone. We've needed his play tonight
BU said we would see Tomi and Rez on the floor together...and I would like to see it tonight. Tomi can hit an active Rez running to the hoop, kick to Ben, or shoot from the logo.
Uhhh... that was a neutral court but...
Don't care for 4 Illini standing outside 3 line. Tomi can take 20 shots at free throw line all day. If we're off there will be quite a few blood vessels bursting for coach.

Missed the first half for a work dinner. From what I have seen in the second half most of our turnovers look to be from being to unselfish and looking to pass to quickly. More time playing together should iron out those kinks
