We were outcoached, outplayed, and outthought out there. Can we improve a whole lot from here? Sure, but our coach needs to wake the eff up about Ben Humrichous and Kylan Boswell needs to learn to value the basketball better in pressure situations if he's going to have it in his hands so much.

We had a chance to extend our lead to three possessions late in the game. Instead we shot a bad three and then send a good free throw shooter to the line for a 1 and 1
What would Riley do vs those big guys? He was 0 for 6 from three and would of been killed on D. That game was allowed to be tough n physical. Riley would be abused how tonight was called.

They spent the whole game running Tomi and Hum to KJ for a screen, which both got switched and then KJ would either shoot a 3, go 1 on 1 or just run the shots clock down.
A lot of dumb, young, Freshman turnovers.
KJ is really good, but we need another guy to step up in a big way. It should be Will, but that may take some time. I also think we need to play a bit faster. We are pretty slow, methodical and predictable in the half court.

Letting BH get clowned on D on the same exact play 30 times in a row was certainly a choice…garbage refs letting NU hack and shove at will. So !!!!ing frustrating
Humdinger 1-9 shooting, all from 30ft.. If it isn't your night take a seat for Morez or Tre. Wow, horrible coaching substitutions were miserable.
Northwestern played hard, and our talent couldn't overcome playing unintelligently and not being able to get a few easy shots down the stretch. Also, on quite a few possessions, it appeared that our guys were not strong enough to score in the paint -- we got shoved off course often.

Brad really wants Humdinger to be this year's Marcus Domask but he's not even close
But he managed to score 11 first half points.
