nobody wants to enter contracts if you don’t feel it’s a win win for both sides

anyone can get fired if you stink at what you do , but UNC is not going to hire Belichek & son if they think it’s a bad deal on day one

What level of coaching genius has Bill Belichick ever displayed without Tom Brady? None that I know of. Anybody hiring him will likely regret it pretty quickly.

I lived in Cleveland when he was there, his teams were terrible.
They called him "head wound" because of the thing he wrapped around his head back then, actually looked like he had some kind of head injury.
