Regarding @Goillinikobd 's questioning of the scheduling of this game...

It's not uncommon in the time around Christmas or between Christmas and New Year's for a P4 school to play an in-state, directional, and/or low major school. Just looking at our schedule the last 7 seasons (accounting for a covid cancellation and the covid season in 2020 when we went straight to conference play in mid-December), we've played the following schools on or around today's date: Fairleigh Dickinson, Bethune-Cookman, Florida A&M (canceled due to covid issues in FAMU program), North Carolina A&T, Florida Atlantic, Grand Canyon.

The FAU and Grand Canyon games were obviously played before they became as big of a deal, relatively speaking, in college basketball. FAU was still in CUSA at that point. The GCU game was during either that program's first or second season as a D-I program.

Sould be big win today. Lots of minutes to see who is going to be key come conf games. Play them all and may the best players get the minutes going forward.

Good game to roll in extended durations with the lineup(s) that will be carrying the team in tough games coming up in conference play. Hopefully we see a lot of Morez/Ivisic together at the 4/5.

If we can connect on our 3 point shots like we’re capable of,this game is going to be out of hand pretty quickly.

The opponent may be subpar today, but I'm happy to be watching the Illini. Empty the bench, and get everyone some playing time. The Big 10 is a gauntlet, and this is a stepping stone for the next 3 months of fun. Let's do this!!

Still over 13 minutes to go in this Ohio State game. And we are supposed to start in 26 minutes. May mid the start and a few minutes of our game.

There was a game earlier this year where women's volleyball ran over and if they would've went to final set would have missed the entire 1st half of the basketball game

So is there any way to watch this or just wait?

You can watch the game on the Fox Sports App (no experience with it, but that's what the TV just told me)
