We will learn quickly what the value of a verbal contract is, assuming these players relied on verbal promises from Leonard Hamilton. My guess is not much.I think these suits are going to become more and more common:

They still can't shoot 3s right? Kinda a big part of basketball now I hearI can assure you MSU is not a T25 team and will struggle in B1G play
I know they’ve had a few good wins so far but I see a self correction coming soon
The coaches risk exposing their roles in these situations. I imagine they’ll settle. Even more reason for the GM positions moving forward. We will learn quickly what the value of a verbal contract is, assuming these players relied on verbal promises from Leonard Hamilton. My guess is not much.
As I heard Dave Ramsey (financial author and talk show host) say one time, "If it's not in writing, it didn't happen".
Actually been much better of late. Close to 40% in December, though that includes a really good shooting night against Minn. They still can't shoot 3s right? Kinda a big part of basketball now I hear
Fair enough. 30% today but if they can start to open it up with the 3 ball then they can be dangerous.Actually been much better of late. Close to 40% in December, though that includes a really good shooting night against Minn.
Not sure if he would have liked coming off the bench for Humrichous thoughWatching Coleman playing against Cincinnati, and wow, would we be good with him at the 4. I got down on him at times, but man, I wish we had him again.
Uggh. Not bashing Ben, but the talent difference is vast. Not sure if he would have liked coming off the bench for Humrichous though

Yeah, Coleman is having himself a game.Watching Coleman playing against Cincinnati, and wow, would we be good with him at the 4. I got down on him at times, but man, I wish we had him again.
Do you mean Connor McCaffery? If so, it's almost as if his girlfriend is a professional athlete in the same city.Whoa, Patrick McCaffery's at Butler?
I mean, Coleman would always rebound, played good defense (when defending his natural position), was always a plus passer, and had great communication with the refs! I kid on the last, but all the others would be huge upgrades.I miss the good Hawkins.
