Beat Mizzou before Christmas
Beat South Carolina on New Year's Eve to get to 10-3

Is this not the best Illini holiday season ever?
My bells are fully jingled

read a few pages after the game. I always like to see perspective from the other side
Copy pasta from a later page..."I don't know, can you really go out and deck a guy after a loss? Maybe if we win Beamer can show his **** a little bit, just don't think it would be a good look after a loss."
Why are the GameCocks obsessed with 🐔?

What a masterful performance! It was in my backyard (59 miles away but I couldn't go because of chemo treatments and a weakened immune system.) But the defense contained them, not breaking down and making them travel the entire field to score. The offense did just enough to control the tempo and refused to get rattled. And Bielema and company outcoached their coaches in almost every phase. I think I'll stay up all night and watch the game over and over...

GO ILLINI!!!! never been more proud!
so sorry you are having to go through chemo treatments. God Bless you & hold you until you are well. Hopefully this wonderful victory will help lift your spirits. Blessing to you in this new year.

The ESPN sideline announcer is a real punk (back round), used the word taunting way to many times.

I also thought it was interesting that the announcing crew repeatedly mentioned taunting, expounded about how a player would never get away with that and the refs would throw a flag very quickly, but they never mentioned unsportsmanlike conduct, which is also a penalty, and would be called very quickly if a player behaved in the manner Beamer did.

Guys, one of my good friends from central Illinois but who is somewhat of an Iowa fan (he went to WIU) said Iowa will come for Brett. We have got to throw the entire bag at him. He is exactly what we need here. Do not repeat the sins of the past letting greatness leave for greener pastures
