???

Wow, your pretty down on him. I think he'd be the No. 1 tight end and don't think it's all that nip and tuck.
Nay I am not down on him. If Fidone joins the Iliini I will welcome him with as I did the others. I understand what you guys are saying, we need depth at TE. I really like our roster and hopefully a freshman will step up and put in the work, get the size and strength to be a Big Ten TE and be another Tip Reiman success story.

Fidone has 2 seasons of eligibility left!
This guy would be awesome to pick up. Guy went 6/91 against Indiana this year. It's been a long time since we've had that kind of production in a game out of a TE.

So awesome that JC Davis is back, excellent player at top position of need if he were to have graduated. Exciting times to be an Illinois football fan!

Right, so he averaged 15 yards a catch in that game, 23 in the game against us. And just over 10 yards/catch on the season. Seems like a winner to me. And a potential momentum changer in games too. I think that’s what I must have remembered in our game against Nebby this year. Big catches in big moments.

Feagin will eat behind this line!
Certainly hope. First and foremost needs to stay healthy. The problem with our backs (including Feagin) early in the year was being too slow and indecisive getting to the hole. Certainly the O-Line had something to do with it too.

McCray had no problem with that against SC, a very good defensive front.

I sincerely hope that Feagin isn't becoming the latest Epstein.....loads of potential , but can't stay on the field.....

McCray and Laughery showed up when we needed them the most....Valentine showed great change of direction and speed , but needs to get stronger.......

Laughery came on strong with a lot of yards after contact last 3-4 games and JM finally looks fully healthy.....his 60 yard run to seal the victory over the low beams was so exciting to see................
