Morez time
Deja vu from last year when TJ was out. Same answer. No way in hellDevils advocate, are we better without KJ? Does he force too many shots?

The TV crew calling out morez as the example for that wasBU just mentioned that he wasn’t sure whether we missed any switches tonight. That really stood out to me too. We were 100% locked in and communicating.
And the scUM game after Ayo’s nose break.Deja vu from last year when TJ was out. Same answer. No way in hell

Yeah, that was some sort of trauma response by the fan base or something. And the scUM game after Ayo’s nose break.
Just keep in mind, Will was supposed to be playing this year in high schoolSome toughts...
- Morez is a bonfire starter who could be an absolute star...however I get Brad's conundrum with the bigs. Morez needs to be stealing minutes from both Ben and Ivisic. Those 3 are quite a trio but Morez has so much upside.
- Will continues to worry me...not talent wise, just where he is development wise. They were letting him run point the last handful of minutes to get him going...but he is just not there yet. His body is too frail, he's a good athlete but he's not a burner or crazy leaper. Right now, IMO he needs to find other ways to help them team aside from taking it 1 on 1 everytime. Cut, make a pass (he did have 5 assists), rebound, run the floor hard, get loose balls...he may turn out to be awesome, but he just isn't right now and I want to see progression in other areas. For the love of God come back for a 2nd year...an off-season with Fletch and dedication on the gym will get him where he wants to be. Stay the course. And again...thank God for Tre White.
- Our defense is...miles and miles and miles and miles better then I thought it would ever be. We smothered them.
- Last 12 or so minutes were hard to watch because when your beating the piss out of someone that bad you end up relaxing and doing a bunch of dumb sh*t. Stupid missed layup and turnovers. Stay clean. Although I'm not gonna complain too much after winning by nearly 40...
- If you watched the game and their jerseys didn't have "Penn State" on them...you would think that was a D3 school. I don't think they are that bad...but my goodness were they awful tonight.
- Beat USC and get in the top 10 next week.
We out
It's really amazing to see these opposing coaches in the post game. Altman, now Rhoades. They just look shellacked. Almost feel for them, but our team is just wearing opponents out!
Two years ago we had head cases that really turned into a pretty disappointing season. Every player is different. Circumstances are different.
Both DGL and White had the history that suggested that they might be head cases. Instead BU has molded them into team players and major contributors on a top 10 team. A testament to him and these guys who seemed to have settled in so well.

I hate saying this and I hope I'm wrong, but I've had this nagging feeling I can't shake.
Will feels like a potential Podz trajectory to me in some ways.
Freshman year getting footing in a system that doesn't rely on your offense but demands defense. And playing against guys that can check you more than you've ever experienced.
Sophomore year, look for a role where you're a ball dominant scorer and can showcase your talents, even if it's against lesser competition, thereby catching NBA attention.
I'm hoping someone can tell me why I'm way off.
Podz transferred because he couldn’t get on the court here, Will started tonight. Kid just needs some time to add weight and developI hate saying this and I hope I'm wrong, but I've had this nagging feeling I can't shake.
