I don't like this argument. Why didn't they play with that mentality today after losing 5 straight? Or earlier after losing 4 straight?

No road game in the Big Ten is a gimme, but we should win this one by 10+ if we play like we care.

I think the Illini should be around a 6-pt favorite. We'll see.

And since it's "one game at a time," BU has four days to prepare a solid game plan against the Cornhuskers.

Hopefully, some of the flu-stricken players will heal up, while Tomi regains his strength and recoups.

did you miss the 32 point win at oregon? the 39 point win vs PSU without KJ? The 25 point win at IU? I'd argue we played other games that were pretty complete even though they didnt get such gaudy results
How did we do in the 2nd half of those games?

Nebraska is tough at home. They will have time to think about their loss today

This is a game we need to be ready and take care of things

Wouldn't be surprised if Nebraska plays like their hair is on fire. They really really need a big win to turn their season around. And they only have this 1 game at home before going out West.

That being said, if our offense comes to play then I don't think they have the fire power to keep up.

I feel like Nebraska is the exact type of team that gives Underwood trouble. They aren't overly talented or athletic but they are well coached, run good sets, and can shoot.

Plus who on the Illini is going to stop Brice Williams from dropping 30+? The Illini should be too big and talented to struggle here but it wouldn't surprise me.
