Bill needs to be a better hunter in the offseason. Much like last year, they are a roster made up of guys looking for a big payday; rather than a group of players wanting to be part of a cohesive unit. There was a time that being more than a little selfish was a good thing. I’m not so sure anymore. Although no one knew what was in storr. It looks like Kansas might have targeted the wrong stinking badger.

Ahem. Worldview take incoming...

I believe it's put in all humans to worship something. I believe God puts it there and ideally we choose to worship him. But if we don't, and plenty don't...they worship something else. Often in our culture, it's sports. When fans get out of control, they are literally having a religious experience.

Watching Maryland and Wisky - announcers were so worried about whether ball bounced before hitting player lying on the ground that they missed the fact that Reese threw it at the player? He blocked a shot, caught it on the way down then chest passed it at the player he blocked and Hummel was like "not sure why he lost possession there..."

Well, we certainly shouldn’t have lost by that much at home, and maybe we shouldn’t have lost at all … but Maryland looks good, and they are figuring it out. If we come out with great effort in Lincoln and get the W, I’ll consider the UMD loss forgotten.
