Was thinking the same thing. Also, assistants can see the development in our staff and it makes them want to work for Bret.

It’s amazing the kind of talent on the field and on staff that he can bring in consistently … Dudes LOVE working for that guy …
You wanna know if you’ve got the right guy in place … How many of his former players consistently come back … How many of his support staffers come back …

the well seems bottomless for Coach B. speaks volumes about how other coaches feel about him

I can’t imagine a better recruiter for a Brett Beliema coached team than a former Brett Beliema coached Super Bowl winner.
This … His leadership is second to none … We’re extremely blessed … Some people can disagree but the work that Josh has put in to bring all 3 of these programs as well as many of the other programs back to national relevance is incredible and a statue is deserving … Whenever he does decide to pursue something bigger or eventually retire … Those will be GIANT shoes to fill …
Bret comes to him with an idea and he finds a way to make it happen … Again and again and again …
