Game Thread: Illinois vs Iowa

So, after a long walk around the ASU campus, I’ve decided to go ahead and watch from my hotel room because Iowa.

Not game related, but of course I’m here during spring break when the only students here are nerds taking their parents on campus tours.
Also the campus is very cool. Literally an arboretum.
Flora and fauna instead of ASU
coeds. 🙄

I was there in Sept. 1990. Drove from Vegas. Arrived Saturday night while we were playing Arizona down in Tuscon (and lost.) I remember wrath-of-God sun the following day, 115 temps, and pastel buildings. Oh... and Saturday night after getting to our hotel, my UIUC buddy and I (on a post-graduation road trip out west) wandered over to Sun Devil Stadium, walked in, and watched the 4th quarter of ASU-Baylor for free.

Absolutely none of that is relevant to you or the game thread but there we are.

Hit Chuckbox across the street from campus on University if you want the best burger anywhere. (take out some cash first, though, as it's cash only)

I am looking past this game, and hoping for a turtle wax job tomorrow. Fortunately, I think our coaches and players are rightly focused on the task ahead of them today, and will take care of business against the Hawks first.
