To be fair, my response was kind of flippant. I can totally understand if a couple who spent so many years on the West Coast wanted to move from Florida to be closer to their roots. But if there are issues around the Title IX allegations and there's any truth to them at all (I'm assuming innocence until proven guilty, as I remember what happened to TSJ in the court of public opinion), then being on a college campus isn't going to lessen those concerns. If that's her concern, that kind of trouble could be found at Idaho as well.
Are you speculating or do you have actual facts?@msphdillini Sorry I cannot let this slide. This is a moronic statement. He could pick almost any job in the State of Illinois and within a few years, talent or not to begin with, would have a juggernaut.
No one will take Tyler, not even high-schools. Looks like there is unwritten clause in BU's contract to keep Tyler on the coaching table.

I have a pretty hard time believing that a coach who has led the offensive game-planning for a team that's had two straight seasons of being in the 90th percentile or higher (even with this year being thought of as something of a down year) wouldn't even be hired by high schools. But hey, what do I know?

I believe that they WOULD hire that applicant.Look at your current high school in your area….. speculate whether they would take a former Division 1 assistant coach, a former Division 1 player, and the person responsible for a historically efficient offense last year and a top 10 efficient offense this year.
Can you speculate on that for me?
He'd be one of the most highly qualified HS coaches in the country.
