Xavier is just really small. Some bigger guards but they don't have a ton of size.
Things about Tre Johnson is.. his scoring doesn't usual affect the outcome. Some of his highest scoring games are Texas losses. He put up 39 against Arkansas and they still lost.

I haven't wished for an opponent since Austin Peay. I'm not going to start back up now.
Man who is this #3 on Xavier? He's had a really bad game today.
The big thing with Texas is their defense isn't very good as seen in how they let Xavier hang around and shoot open threes and they are very content to settle for mediocre mid-range shots or drive and throw it aimlessly with general sloppiness as they lack a true point guard. Obviously when their offense is clicking and their knocking down threes, you have a killer in Johnson doing whatever he wants and other good athletes, but they've performed like a 36th rated KP offense and 57th rated KP defense that loses practically every time they play a good opponent, so they shouldn't be that scary.

Yeah, this is the only thing I’m positive that I’m rooting for.
I think they should play about 4 overtimes, just to give you more time to decide.
Reminder that this Texas team has lost 15 games this year.
Xavier would kills us with 3/s…. We allow wide open 3pt shooters…. That is our defensive plan

And Hugley just didn’t become what they thought he would be …
Xavier seems like a much better matchup for us.
Sean would have an offensive game plan that would destroy Hamer’s … Make Hamer look more JV than he already does …
This mix fits our ability to guard, run offense and rebound much, much, much better than what Texas brings. They're undisciplined, but man.....they have athletes.
Tomi would be effective versus Xavier. He'd be a non factor versus Texas.
