Still doesn't 100% justify having the Big East POY on the bench for the rest of the game with your season on the line.

Arkansas mirrors our team in a lot of ways. Lots of talent that hasn’t played together long. Record doesn’t look great, but they have played a lot of very tough games. Getting healthy & coming together at the right time.
I think there are 2 exceptional teams. Florida and Duke.

In the seriatim of Big Ten basketball teams I will root for in the tournament, including our four new west coast arrivals, Michigan and Indiana are rock bottom for me. An Iran-Iraq War kinda stich there. Then Maryland. I'd root for Iowa before any of those three.

St johns played no elite team all year and it showed. It's important for teams to know what it's like to be punched in the mouth and not by just a featherweight.

Last year the committee punished them for it and this year the committee fell for "it's a basketball conference, surely one of these teams has to be great, right?"
