Pretty crazy that we're going to have a number of players making at least half of what their coach makes. Very interested to see how this plays out from a culture standpoint and if you see any more friction as players have dollar signs pointing to their team importance.

Is the next value proposition to just find a half-decent coach, pay them something on the cheap, and funnel all that extra money to locking down another elite level talent?

I’ve talked about the Miller situation already … He’s got our final offer … It’s less than some of this other offers … But I think he wants to win and he wants to do it here … But can he turn down all that money in his last year … We’ll see … Big decision …

As far as Andrej … I expect him to be an Illini … If for some reason he’s not … I’ll have some serious concerns …
