I am still cautiously optimistic until I see the insiders pulling back, but this is beginning to look familiar.

I'm typically pretty skeptical of claims to have "solid" inside information shared on a fan board, but for some reason I've got some confidence here. I can't imagine LvilleILL1, Indy, etc would put their reputation on the line with such repeated and definitive confidence on this one.

I have no doubt he and his agent have told Illinois they will sign, but I also have no doubt they are talking to others and that is why there has not been any formal announcement
