Pffft Provel is great and Imo's is wonderful.

Eric Gordon = everyone putting down Imo's and Provel
Chester Frazier = Everyone else.

And on that note I think I'll get a Pepperoni and Sausage pizza w/ an order of Toasted Ravs tonight.

Re: Ben hate - I actually worked on a case where we were analyzing NCAA and professional athletes hate messages they get on twitter and Instagram and some of you would not believe the stuff said to them. I'd say 90% of it was from gamblers, but some was clearly fans.

If I were a coach of a college team, I'd probably require they turned off replies and DMs from people they aren't friends with on all social media. Some of that stuff was too depraved to even repeat.

Riley really came thru in Feb Mar. If he had played that well earlier we would have been much better team.
Really snakebit season
-- KJ injured @MSU - was never the same shooter after
-- Tomas mono
-- Morez broken wrist

Brad has made excellent pivot to get older. Depending on 4 freshman (Morez, KJ, Tomas, Will) made the team floor too low. Hence losses to USC, Nebraska, NW and Rutgers.

We may not have 2 first round draft picks next year ( I am predicting 1 - Andrej), but I think we will have much better team due to

-- on average 2 years older
-- better depth - Tomas Big Z Mirkovic Ben H and Jacksys can all defend the post
-- booty ball is back with Andrej
-- Kylan showed much better offense last 10 games
-- back up PG - 22 year old Petrovic
-- 2 freshman guards
-- Not depending on freshman for our top 7 (Kylan Andrej Tomas Ty Big Z Petrovic Ben H) Only freshman win top 8 is Mirkovic.

I think we are top 3 in B10 along with Purdue and MSU. MD lost 100%, Michigan lost a lot.

Worst pizza chain in the USA. I have lived and visited almost everywhere and outside of when I got sliced up hotdogs masquerading as pepperoni in Istanbul, and some random pizza in Paris, Imo's is the worst I have ever had.
Tomato paste, cheap cheese, and cardboard crust.

Good find.

The fact that an example needed to be shown and that people can't take the blinders off their see what was going on around them is pathetic. I saw it in happen in person. It wasn't just fans being disappointed and down on the kid. It was personal attacks at him, his parents and his brother.

He sees that stuff everyday and we can all point out the people on this board who go just as far.

What really bummed me out was seeing the kid, who does sermons, stand up there at one of them and say, "I know most people don't like me very much right now, but that's ok.".

For anyone to debate that things went WAY over the top with him shows a level of unparalleled unawareness.

Those examples aside, knowing how much weird hate players (and other public figures) get that isn't publicly posted (dms and the like), I have a very hard time believing that there isn't a lot more disturbing stuff we aren't even aware of. And when you're the person in question, it all definitely feels personal.

The fact is that there were a lot of players that had flaws on this team, BH included. None of them got the amount of hate (yes, hate) that BH did. When things aren't going well that's what happens. Fans tend to coalesce around a narrative that blames one or a few individuals. In this season's narrative, BH was the source of all ills, while other guys that struggled mightily this season, like DGL and WR for the first 75% of the season, were deemed innocent. That's fine, it's human nature. But to pretend it didn't happen and everything was just fine is ridiculous. BH got a lot of hate (the proliferation of the nickname HumBrickHouse is one example), and it almost certainly sucked for him. I'm not saying it was you or anyone else specific. If you want to choose to get defensive over it that's your prerogative.

lol yeah my next post addressed the other mediums that I don’t read for those reasons. My response was directed here, where the post was made. And maybe the comments were referencing those, but that wasn’t clear to me.

I have zero time to give those comments on other platforms from fans that are far too out of line for me to interact with.

The majority of complaints about Ben here were in regards to his PT and the staffs decisions to keep giving it to him rather than pivot to two painfully and obviously more talented players.

I dated a young lady who, when I made tomato soup and grilled cheese, demanded muenster cheese for the grilled cheese.

I almost decided to have babies with her, but she constantly beat me in Tetris and Skip-Bo and I can’t live like that.
