No way. Bigs with questionable defensive skills for the modern NBA are not a recipe for success.

I feel like the Bulls already have enough guards for the backcourt. We need more depth on the frontcourt and Queen would be a nice piece but I fear he might be off the board by the time the Bulls pick.

Ben deserved some criticism at times but it is much overblown. Others struggled even more than Ben in areas but others were often not talked about and Ben blamed. I think many in here would complain about which side of the bed he gets up on in the morning if they could see it. KJ made risky, poor passes often just like he did at the end of the Tennessee game that were on KJ and no one else.

I agree wholeheartedly on your take..."others were not talked about..".

For whatever reason the Loyalty community demonizes certain players. Ben was this years target. Damonte was a target in past years. There may be a "crowd psychology" explanation for it, who knows.

I'll always root and support players who work their a__ off, are loyal and are selfless.

Some new mocks in addition to the ESPN one someone mentioned yesterday:

Vecine at the Athletic has KJ at #11 (Portland) and Will at #31 (MIN)

Kevin Sweeney (SI) has KJ at #7 (NOLA) and Will at #15 (OKC)

Kyle Boone (CBS) has KJ at #10 (TOR) and Will not in the first round (no second round in that one)

Wasserman has KJ at #11 (Portland) and Will at #25 (Orlando)


So views on Will are kind of all over the board still. Probably will get a lot more clarity after the combine is done.
