Of the teams you listed:
Indiana returns exactly zero players, couple decent guys in there but for the most part its a band of low-to-mid-major misfits
Michigan St has a decent point guard, but what else?
Wisconsin? Blackwell and a whole lot of 'meh'
Oregon currently only has 8 players on their roster, they're going to have some real liabilities in their rotation (top 7-8)
USC? If Claude were back... but he's not
So like I said, we are miles ahead of about 80% of the B1G... teams on our level or close to it, talent-wise: Purdue, Michigan, UCLA (I still have Purdue ahead of everyone)
The other half of the league looks to be hurting pretty bad as of right now with not a lot out there to fill holes adequately
EDIT: I think Washington has a chance to be pretty good, but again, they return basically nothing
